Sharath Iyer, Co-founder and Managing Director of Anika Business Services managing UK Operations. The Nineteen Years of experience in Senior/Middle Management, Business Process Management BPM/ERP/CRM lifecycle management specialist made him the leader able to think and act strategically, who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments. A confident and effective communicator, with a track record of managing delivery of business change programs of significance. He is enthusiastic and passionate leader with expertise in growing team members, infusing enthusiasm and achieving results. Equally comfortable working at International Board level and with operational users alike, adopts a flexible, pro-active and ‘hands-on’ approach to solving organizational/business issues. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics.

Prasad RSN, Co-founder and Director responsible for leading the Anika Business Services, India Operations. He brings  in his  twenty-one years of  rich experience working across the globe in Senior/Middle Management  in the fields of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, CRM, ERP, Health Care and AI. Strong delivery and leadership management background with successful negotiation on partnerships and collaboration agreements. Focused on uncompromised Quality deliverables to win the customer satisfaction and expectations. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications.
